Payment and Engagement Terms

1. Review before engagement

Submitting a case-review request does not create a consulting engagement, guarantee acceptance, or authorize a payment. EazyOut reviews the information provided before determining whether and how we may be able to assist.

2. Individual written terms

If EazyOut can assist, you receive a written scope and case-specific quote before deciding whether to proceed. Your engagement terms explain the work included, responsibilities, exclusions, amount, payment schedule, duration of support and portal access, and applicable cancellation and refund terms.

Every accepted client receives access to the complete existing EazyOut portal under their engagement terms. The scope of support and ownerships covered is recorded in the individual agreement.

3. Payment and billing questions

Payments are processed through our payment provider using the approved quote. EazyOut does not store full payment card numbers. Review your written terms before accepting or paying. If any term is unclear or you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@eazy-out.com.

4. Cancellation and refunds

The cancellation and refund terms disclosed in your individual engagement agreement apply to that engagement, subject to applicable law. This public page does not impose a universal non-refundable purchase policy or replace the written terms you receive.

5. Service boundaries

EazyOut is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Clients remain responsible for their decisions and communications. EazyOut does not negotiate with developers on clients’ behalf or guarantee an exit, developer response, or completion date.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy or your engagement terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Applicable non-waivable law controls in the event of a conflict. These terms concern payments to EazyOut and do not change any timeshare cancellation rights you may have against your developer.
