EazyOut provides digital tools, educational resources, and software-based support for timeshare owners. Because our Services involve immediate access to digital content and tools, we operate under a "No Refunds" policy, except where required by law.

1. No Refunds

All purchases, including subscriptions, one-time payments, and other fees paid to EazyOut, are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will not be entitled to a refund or credit for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the Services, changes to your circumstances, or lack of success in your timeshare-related efforts.
  • Access to digital content and tools is considered "used" once you gain access, even if you do not utilize all features.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

  • Cancellation will stop future billing cycles but does not entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid.
  • You will generally retain access to the Services through the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

3. Exceptions Required by Law

Where applicable law requires that we provide a refund or specific cancellation right (for example, certain consumer protection laws), we will comply with those legal requirements. Any such rights may be time-limited and subject to conditions.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged (for example, a duplicate charge), please contact us promptly. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, we will correct it, which may include issuing a refund or credit.

5. Third-Party Fees

EazyOut is not responsible for fees charged by third parties in connection with your use of the Services, such as bank fees, currency conversion fees, or charges imposed by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
